1 Introduction

With the development of automotive electronics, there are more and more electronic products in automobiles, and the number of electronic control units in electronic control systems such as automobile engines, chassis and car bodies is increasing, and the communication between them is becoming more and more important. The use of network technology in automobiles can greatly improve the reliability of information transfer between systems, and can greatly reduce the number of automobile wiring harnesses and reduce the cost of automobile electrical systems. In recent years, the application of CAN systems in automobiles has become more and more widespread. CAN (ControllerAreaNetwork) is the abbreviation of control local area network. It was first introduced by the German BOSCH company and is used for data communication of automotive internal measurement and execution components. Because of its high performance, high reliability, good real-time performance and unique design, it has been widely used in the data communication between each detection and actuator of the control system. The CAN bus conforms to the ISO11898 standard, the maximum transmission rate can reach 1Mbps, the maximum transmission distance is 10km, and the transmission medium can be twisted pair. This paper proposes and implements a method that uses a single-chip microcomputer to form a CAN system, and uses Bluetooth wireless transmission technology to collect and process vehicle operating data.

During the operation of a car, in-vehicle radio frequency devices such as car stereo systems, GPS navigation equipment, satellite digital audio radio service (SDARS) devices, GSM radio transceivers, and other electrical equipment may cause interference or be interfered. The data flow of the car's wireless system has an adverse effect. If the traditional wireless data transmission technology is applied, the rate and accuracy of the transmitted data cannot be very high, so that fast and accurate data transmission cannot be achieved, and Bluetooth wireless transmission technology can be used to solve this problem in the car. problem.

The bluetooth module used in this article adopts BC417 chip of British CSR company, and forms the module with the 8M FLASH chip 39VF800A of SST company.

The main features of this module are as follows:

1) Adopt CSR mainstream Bluetooth chip, comply with Bluetooth V210 standard.

2) The upper and lower boards of the serial port module have RS232 interface and TTL interface. Choose one interface to use, use 313 ~ 5V power supply. The serial port is transparent to the user.

3) The Bluetooth chip adopts forward error correction coding, high communication efficiency, automatic frequency hopping, and strong anti-interference ability.

4) The baud rate is 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, 230400, 460800, 921600, 1382400, which can be set according to the actual needs in the program.

5) Sleep current: less than 1MA, working current: 40MA.

2 Schematic diagram of system hardware structure

This article uses the 18F4580 chip of the embedded CAN controller of the MICROCHIP company and the CAN transceiver chip MCP2515 to form a CAN network system, and uses the 10-bit AD sensor of the 18F4580 chip to realize the measurement of the position signal of the throttle of the car engine. The sensor DS18B20 measures the water temperature signal of the engine. Use the Bluetooth module to wirelessly transmit the measured signal to the host computer, and use VC ++ to write the data receiving and processing program to realize the real-time display and storage of the data, and can display the curve of the relationship between the data value and time, and the measurement results are intuitive. The hardware schematic diagram of the system is shown in Figure 2.
